Estimated cost at this rate
- Per day
- $3.57
- Per week
- $25.00
- Per month
- $108.63
- Per year
- $1,304
How this is calculated
- Weekly baseline: daily = amount ÷ 7.
- Monthly baseline: daily = amount × 12 ÷ 365 (an average calendar month).
- Month = daily × 365 ÷ 12. Year = daily × 365.
- Spending avoided = daily × whole days since your quit date.
- These are projections from one average you entered. Real spending varies week to week, and an estimate is not money in your account unless you actually set it aside.
Short answer
How much does vaping cost?
It depends entirely on what you buy and how often, so the most accurate answer comes from your own spending. As an example, someone spending 25 a week spends about 3.57 a day, 108.63 a month and 1,303.57 a year in the same currency.
How to get a realistic estimate
- Look back at a few weeks of purchases rather than guessing from one day.
- Include everything: pods or liquid, replacement devices, coils and chargers.
- If your spending changes a lot, use a monthly figure — it smooths out the highs and lows.
Estimated vs. actual savings
Money you don't spend on vaping only becomes savings if it ends up somewhere. The CraveBreaker app keeps these separate: an estimate based on your baseline, and an “actually set aside” total you record yourself.

Frequently asked questions
How is the yearly cost calculated?
Your baseline is converted to a daily figure (weekly ÷ 7, or monthly × 12 ÷ 365), then multiplied by 365 for the year.
Why don't you use pod or brand prices?
Prices vary widely by product, place and time. Your own spending is more accurate than any average we could invent.
Does quitting mean I've saved this money?
It's an estimate of spending avoided. It only becomes real savings if you set the money aside or it stays in your account.
